This is not just about being skinny, its about changing your life. We want women to feel strong, empowered and able to do the everyday things that need to be done in our busy lives with ease and energy. We offer Stroller Fit classes and Women’s Only boot camps.
Stroller Fit is a Mommy friendly environment so you can change, feed and attend to baby as necessary. We incorporate stroller and baby so baby stays happy and entertained while Mommy gets in a great workout.
Women’s Only boot camp is for Women ONLY so come work out in a safe and motivating environment.
Both Stroller Fit and Women’s Only boot camp are 45-50 minute classes that are constantly changing. They include plyometric training, strength training using your own body weight, cardiovascular training, yoga, pilates, kettlebells, small hand weights, hula hoops ,swiss balls and skipping ropes. This workout is based on HIIT (high intensity interval training). This method is about interval training to move your heart rate up and down and to incorporate a strength component . This is the most effective way to burn fat and gain muscle in the shortest amount of time possible. So get off the elliptical machine that is not doing your body or your mind any benefit and come outside with us, get fit and have a blast!
HOT MOM Stroller Fit: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday morning at 11 am
BODY TRANSFORMER Women’s Only Boot Camp: Monday and Wednesday night at 630 pm

A 10 class pass is 100.00$. This pass can be used for both Stroller Fit and Women’s Only. It can be used as many or as little times a week as you choose.
*If two friends sign up together on the same day both will receive a 15% discount so both passes will be 85.00$
