Mom shouldn't have to make her own brunch – but we all know it doesn't always work out that way! So if you're looking for a breakfast casserole to make ahead of time and toss in the slow cooker – we've got a great recipe for you. With ham, egg and cheese you'll be able to serve it no matter what time your brunch is at! Make it the night before – click on the slow cooker in the morning and you're good to go!
1. In a non-stick skillet, brown and drain ham.
2. Mix together eggs and milk in a large bowl.
3. Stir in bread cubes, cheese, and ham.
4. Place in greased slow cooker.
5. Refrigerate overnight.
6. Cook on Low 4 hours
